Finally, as he was wrapping up, I asked him how much for the initial visit, and he said, "Nothing for today. I have an hourly minimum; when I come back to put in the part, today can be part of that; call me when you have the part, we're good." It's hard to find that kind of trust and good faith

I felt safe when they were in my house, which might seem like an odd piece to review, but as a woman I find that to be extremely important when someone has to come in your house. I did have my two dogs in a room though barking the whole time, but I think I would have felt safe even if the dogs were barking.

We had an emergency situation with the toilet. I called this company and they answered right away and scheduled us in. They were truly honest and did a great job! The price was fair and we were completely satisfied. Thank you so much for your excellent service! Keep up the great work !

Called after hours on a Sunday and spoke with Eddie who took my info and told me the office would call me back Monday to schedule the visit. My issue wasn't urgent, so that was fine. True to their word, they contacted me Monday and were able to schedule me in for the same day. Eddie came out and took a look at our kitchen sink p trap. He verified the loose valve I had cleaned and tightened was not likely to loosen again anytime soon, so he did not charge us for the visit. He gave me an estimate for replacement in case it gave us any further trouble. Great service and will definitely call them for any future needs.

Mr Joey was amazing. His years of experience do show. I couldn't believe that just by listening to my concerns he was able to "diagnose" the problem and give us a quote. It was a big job. He had to break the outside wall to fix the sewer line. He worked diligently updating us during each step of the repair. He observed all safety guidelines and cleaned up when done. All was done in one day. The fee was fair and the service absolutely superb.

Our water heater stopped working while on vacation. This morning I called GA Emergency Plumber and spoke with John. He was very helpful and professional and scheduled a visit with Joey. I was kept updated of when Joey was going to arrive, which was very helpful. Joey resolved our issue in just a few minutes and now we have hot water again! Thank you very much. We will make sure to call you if any plumbing issues in the future and also recommend you to friends and family. 😀

He worked carefully and replaced the old part with the new, tested it, even provided guidance for other work we needed to have done before leaving. Everything was done in less than an hour and we were very happy with the quality of the work as well as the advice.
