Called after hours on a Sunday and spoke with Eddie who took my info and told me the office would call me back Monday to schedule the visit. My issue wasn’t urgent, so that was fine. True to their word, they contacted me Monday and were able to schedule me in for the same day. Eddie came out and took a look at our kitchen sink p trap. He verified the loose valve I had cleaned and tightened was not likely to loosen again anytime soon, so he did not charge us for the visit. He gave me an estimate for replacement in case it gave us any further trouble. Great service and will definitely call them for any future needs.
